Sounds like a highly probably case of look the other way and scoop up the cash.

Terrorists and airplanes downed the WTC. However it it certainly seems to be a well thought out plan on how to divy up and take over the aftermath.

All Oil and Arms businessmen/dealers caught balls deep in the cookie jar.
