    I actually just saved this and printed it out on our uber nice color laser jet printer here at work and now it is hanging full size on my cubicle wall!

    I say you should do each member, how did you do it on photoshop? explain the process, i would love to know. You could definitly sell that. i think its one of the best i have ever seen on here.
