Let's breathe

then out
(again and again)
we can sit still
(and close our eyes)
think of each part, feel our own heart

Maybe start with the toes and move up piece by piece?
up and up ‘til we reach the crown and lift off the ground

let’s breathe and feel okay
(everything will be okay)
I know it will be
trust me
there’s beauty in peace
