I’ve gotta say
today
that you are always the best!
you surpass the last, no matter what the test
and it’s so impressive
that it’s hard to be adequately expressive
I hope you feel proud for a while
and take time to rest and smile
'cause you work for everything good that you get
and I know you've hardly scratched the surface yet
