Here's one:
Anaal Nathrakh - The Codex Necro.
Blisteringly heavy black metal.0 -
Wow, we have a lot of heavy music fans! Cool.
Thanks for all the recommendations so far! Yes, I love Kyuss also, and Sunn 0)) is definitely the leader of a genre in this decade. Don't forget my countrymen, Boris, too. They are amazing live. Touring the US right now!
I have to get City sooner or later Echoes, I knew you were gonna mention that.
Keep that heavy stuff coming, and if there's any stuff other than metal, I would be very interested to know. Thanks."If hope can grow from dirt like me, it can be done"
If you can't get high on purely music and the sounds that you hear, you're missing out on something.0 -

Yes, I discovered Boris last week (it's very good). I heard they made an album with Sunn 0)))0 -
b-c, I always forget you're Japanese. Go see Shugo Tokumaru for me [/jealous]
Boris is pretty awesome. They are one of the heavier bands of this decade. The Sunn O))) collab is really cool, altough not as heavy as any of their past albums (except for of course some of Boris' lighter albums)printf("shiver in eternal darkness\n");0 -

Yeah, I keep missing him. He opened for Why? a while back, and I was gonna go, but missed it again. He plays with a pretty big band now, I think 8 members or so.
I need to hear that Sunn 0)) collaboration. The promo photo looked fucking awesome, btw. lol"If hope can grow from dirt like me, it can be done"
