My Washington .rar file won't open

When I try to extract it using WinRAR, I get one of those Diagnostic error messages saying the archive is unknown format or damaged. can I download it again or is there something I can do with the file I already have?

    it seems like something messed up with your original download.. might try to get the file again and give it a whirl

    I don't see what could have went wrong. I just downloaded it and tried to open it. It said it was a bad file so I guess I will try to download it again.

    bummer. I was excited when I saw "download complete" at the bottom of my screen. I went to the desktop where the file was saved, right clicked, clicked "extract here" with a smile on my face, and DIAGNOSTIC ERROR!!!!!!! Son of neckbone

    it was mp3. Hopefully it was just a bad file or something because I'm gonna download it again.
