Ed's Version of Porch

I know there has been at least one thread started concerning the slowed down intro to Porch that was played by Ed in his pre-set at Toronto and other cities....However, I still can't get a similar sounding intro as to what Ed was playing....I've got a grasp of the chorus parts, its just that intro and verse bit that i'm having trouble with....
Has anyone figured it out?
I'm aware of giventowail.com and I still can't get it sounding right even with tab of the intro of the original version posted there...
I tried trying to figure out what he was played based on the video on the net of the performance...But the quality of the video makes it extremely hard to see exactly what ed is playing....

Hope someone can help...

Excellent video though. I wish it could be downloaded.
Notice the acoustic? It's not the Gibson, but I dunno if its the old Martin either.
I miss you already, I miss you all day

I suck at tabbing, but try just messing around with that, playing the last bit quickly?

That's one I actually haven't ever tried to play ...:o
