TEN CLUB MEMBER - CAN'T GET TIX?

I put in for both NY shows, and didn't get approved for either. 
Also never got a code for the presale this morning - the 23rd. 
I'm online now on Ticketmaster and trying to get in the waiting room -- and can't because I never received a code.
I've been a Ten Club member for years....yet can't get tickets to save my life.
What am I doing wrong? And what's the point of the membership?

    im in the same situation, seems unfair that we have no access to anything and the waitlist text message isnt coming yet you know people are not using them all
