Food pricing wasn't too bad the few years I went. It's always OK stuff. I wish they'd bring in better vendors IMO.
Here is the move, grab merch outside if you're staying nearby, take it back to your hotel. Then go to Apizza Doho OR Vibee, they've both within walking distance of the festival.

Be ready for $15 cans of beer though....they WILL stop people from entering with bags that aren't approved. Clear only unless small size. That being said a few get through but if you don't want to go all the way back to car or throw out the tote, don't try to sneak it in. Food prices aren't as horrible as alcohol prices.
Food has been ridiculously expensive the past couple of years.
I jumped on the waitlist for Sunday. Turns out my daughter has fall break next week, so we're in less of a rush to get back. Hope you manage to land Sunday tix.

But if I buy a Glen Hanserd tshir do I have to carry it in my hand like a peasent all day then? Hmm. Outside merch would be tough. I live 10 kilometres away. well well.
Or what does ”clear” means? I can bring a clear plastic bag?

Last time I went in 2021 a clear shoulder bag made things easier. Security appreciated the clear bag and really did not look too closely. The drinks onsite were weak and expensive. I was able to have a few Tito's nips hidden in the bag.
Anyone have a parking tip within reasonable walking distance? Hoping to get there early afternoon but have no idea what’s allowed or enforced. Appreciate any messages. Thanks.

Read the KNOW BEFORE YOU GO from Ohana. It answers questions. The lockers have been available for booking for over a month, sometimes there may be some available day of shows

what you are asking is possible with some persistence and luck

Question for the vets: can a locker hold a poster tube? The dimensions didn't look too promising. I'm thinking I'll buy outside at 10am and then haul one back to my car before the gates open.

Read on Ohana page about the Dana Point or San Clemente trolley on weekends.
Most of area is residential so be aware and respectful. Afternoon parking is a crap shoot
Was playing ping pong- correction- was losing at ping pong to my 13 year old at our hotel and could swear I heard the muffled sound of PJ playing dark matter on Saturday night. What was I hearing?
