The "Win a Trip to Seattle & Front Row Seats to see Eddie Vedder at Benaroya Hall" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on 01/14/2022 00:01:00 PST (the "Sweepstakes Start Date") and ends on 02/06/2022 23:59:00 PST (the "Sweepstakes End Date") (such period referred to herein as the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). All times are measured by Pacific Time (PT) in the United States, which is the time in Los Angeles, CA. The Sweepstakes is administered by Prizeo US, LLC, 11601 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 210, Los Angeles, CA 90025 (the "Administrator") and is sponsored by Vitalogy Foundation (the "Sponsor") and is for the benefit of Vitalogy Foundation (the "Beneficiary").
