    Definitely a Martin. OM-45 maybe. Higher end as indicated by the fretboard inlays and headstock overlay.

    I can't decide if the top is cream/white painted or if it's just really light spruce. 

    Wouldn't surprise me to learn that it is a custom built guitar.
