Seattle for as long as I can remember, has had problems with stadiums.  Sonics, Seahawks and Mariners all wanted public money to build stadiums if I remember correctly?

I remember my Captain protesting in 96/97 or so about the Seahawks.

Yup! But the new arena is being built without public money and the new NHL team will play there starting in 2021. Hopefully in the post-Stern era we will get an NBA franchise in that venue as well for the people here who still care. If the Sonics rise from the ashes I may even watch my first NBA game in a dozen years. lol.

Brandon Ingram has been one of the best surprises of this season.  Turned himself into a legit star.  Looks like a young KD.
    Great percentages too.

They are a different team minus Anthony Davis that is for sure.

think it’s pretty cool “my” jazz gave royce o’neal 4yrs/$36M. he’s now set for life after being undrafted, playing 2 years overseas and more in the G league.

jingling joe ingles aka slo mo joe also got set for life after the jazz pulled him from the scrap heap.

    bogdanovich has been a beast.

Bogdanovic always had potential as a 3-point threat. He just came into the Nets at the wrong time. His first year in Brooklyn the Nets were 20th in attempts under a coach who is not a 3-point fan.

after feasting on crap teams for the last few weeks, the Jazz beat a pretty decent Pacers team by 30 last night.

  • I watched the Lakers get destroyed in their Minneapolis jerseys against the Celtics in their hideous throwback jerseys too.

    Are the Lakers Frauds?  No.

This is Lebrons plan for "load management".  Play hard only when needed.  Playoffs come around and the team turns it up to 11.

This is the new norm in the NBA.

    Almost Zion time

Zion and Ingram will be a nasty duo.

Holiday/Reddick/Favors/Ball are a nice supporting cast.

ESPN.   Apparently he’s been ready since January 1st. They’ve been taking their time with him. Might as well. Kid is 19

I am SHOCKED at this.  I guess they are far enough in the tank that they can have a good lottery pick and bring him back?

I watched him do under the leg windmill dunks in practice so he sure as hell looks ready.

    Bring n Zion.

Still think he only lasts 5 years in the league.

They’re only 3 games back from the 8th spot in the Playoffs.  Won 11 of 15.
