His strength lies strictly in managing the locker room/player personalities.
He is lousy with X's and O's and in game decisions/management.
He won a title here in 2008 because that team had a very motivated Kevin Garnett and he had Thibs as an assistant running the defense.
His failures with a stacked Clippers team are glaring.
Don't know how he'll do with Giannis (who is becoming more Americanized and stat chasing with every season) and Dame. But my suspicion is it won't end well.
That team needs a guy who can get them to play together and play both ends.

Gianinis IS about x's and O's too so yeah, that can be a problem.

Remember when there were like 3 perfect games in 2 weeks or something? (maybe one of them should've been but the umpire botched the call at 1st for the 27th out)  Everyone was like "this is a joke, perfect games don't mean anything anymore". Then it went back to normal.
