I believe it was a misunderstanding, no?

Bottom line is he comes across as a petulant child.
No, their excuse was a joke..
I can't imagine being that upset over a god damned game ball, let alone a multimillionaire pro basketball player. Take your Greek tinted Oakley's off for a minute and look at it objectively.
I can be objectively..who has the right to get the ball??..the one who scores his first points or the one who make record??..
i hope you can be also..and Giannis said he can understand the other guy who wanted the ball, they way they ttok was the problem..
and I'm proud he is still a child, if you know what a mean ;)

Pacers and most teams probably do that for everyone who scores their first points. It is common in all sports to get mementos like that actually.

    He looked like a clown.

    He looked like a clown.
Plus he claimed he didn't want the ball for himself, said he wanted it for Lillard:

Giannis drops 64; scuffle ensues with Pacers after Bucks' win - ESPN

Antetokounmpo echoed Carlisle's sentiments, calling the incident "unfortunate." He said he wanted the game ball because he believed it should go to teammate Damian Lillard, who made his 2,451st career 3-pointer Wednesday night to pass Kyle Korver for fifth place in NBA history.
"I understand. When you score your first point in the NBA, you want to have the ball or whatever the case may be," Antetokounmpo said of the Pacers honoring Tshiebwe's feat. "But at the end of the day, you're talking about the guy that just skipped Kyle Korver in the all-time list. In my opinion, we should all stop what we're doing and appreciate greatness."

Of course if he wanted it for Lillard, then what's this statement about?:

Antetokounmpo said he wasn't sure which ball he ended up with.
"I have no idea. I'm not going to lie," he said. "I really don't know. I have a ball, but I don't know if it's the game ball. It doesn't feel like the game ball to me. It feels like a brand-new ball. I can tell. I played, what, 35 minutes today. I know how the game ball felt. The ball that I have, which I'll take and I'll give it to my mom, for sure -- but I don't know if it's actually the game ball."

So he wanted to get the game ball for Lillard and that's why he's giving it to his mother.

    Petulant child.

15 games because of past violations including already being suspended this season. Had his fist been closed, I'd say 25-30 games.
His explanation is straight up bullshit.
I actually believe him but his past record is crap so 10 games im good with.

Right. And if he really wanted the ball, tell someone. Someone from the Bucks would've gone over the there to hash it instead of having him sprinting into their locker room like a jackass.

Doug Moe coached in Philly ever so briefly. His teams played absolutely zero defense. It started out fun, then got old fast.
There was absolutely nothing fun about Doug Moe's tenure, as far as I can remember.  I despised that bozo.
Maybe it started fun for other teams. That was the premise at least. Yeah I remember they just stunk.
That was such a dreadful era of Sixers basketball. They traded my all time favorite player for a bag of poop and then hired that dope. 14 year old Juggler was not happy!

forgot he coached us. Who was your all time fav player? Trying to think of players from that ear and the only one that comes to mind was either Barkley or Hersey Hawkins???

Who will win their next game first Detroit or San Antonio? Detroit has a 21 game losing streak and the Spurs have an 18 game losing streak. Also Washington is also really bad.

Good thing Adam Silver put a stop to all that tanking. I'm with Juggs, time for Brian Colangelo to come out of "retirement." San Antonio could use a good old nepo-baby franchise destruction. They have enough banners down there.

They are calling it "the experiment".  Seriously.  They are playing with different lineups to see what works.  So don't call it tanking.  Don't call it the Process.  Call it The Experiment!

Only way for the Spurs to get talent to come down, thru the draft... I was there on the riverwalk during PJ Tour this year, its nice but after 2 hours its like ive seen it all...... Austin isnt far though, no state tax....but Free Agents want NY/Philly/LA/Chicago/Miami/Dallas/SF...not too many other cities

That's always been the problem with smaller markets.

You think someone wants to stay in Milwaukee? (Giannis is a different breed) Indianapolis same thing.  You have like 5 blocks of city then its nothing.

That being said, I would have no problems wading down that river in an innertube in San Antone.

San Antonio was fun, had a giant burrito, walked around with a huge tube of booze....the shops were cool, great Texas folks....but im 43, these dudes in their 20's aint having it.

Tim Duncan Spurs got lucky he didnt desire a big market, though Grant Hill almost got him to Orlando
