  • I prefer it to the original. Some cracking songs by Dead Moon though:

    Too far gone
    Unknown passage
    Day after day
    A miss of you
Can't do that isn't one of my faves but very emotional at times nonetheless

sadly the first time i heard it was from the gorge box set. i know thats the only one i've heard other than TB2K, but when he starts talking about temperatures scorching in the country and when he says "their bombing the shit out of eachother in the middle east" and then goes onto saying maybe its not ok and starts singing "its ok"......well that just gave me the chills like crazy the first time i heard it. i was just like "this is the best fucking version of daughter ever!"

Yeah, to be at the Gorge was awesome. It was one of many special spine tingling minutes! :)

True. I bought a best of c.d of Dead Moon's mainly for 'It's o.k', but the song is a bit messy.

  • I don't know how PJ could take that horrible track and make it so wonderful.
For the record Dead Moon does not like the PJ version, and they seemed kinda disrespectful when it came to PJ, truth is I never heard Dead Moon until PJ covered them, I would think dead moon should appreciate any new fans through PJ.

By far my fave Daughter tag. Hearing it live at the Leeds Festival last year was one of the greatest things I've ever witnessed.

Such a simple song (like Smile), but works so well.

Gorge would be perfect but Ed didn't do the original version, he did the green activist version.

I can't remember off the top of my head which show the TB2K version was from. No doubt I'll watch it again very soon :D

    Jones Beach, New York.
  • Check out Cleveland 5-20-2006 and turn that shit UP. Listen to the crowd singing and just imagine yourself at the show. One of the loudest versions I've heard yet. AMAZING

Oh and I've never heard the VA Beach version. Could someone upload?
