Need help with my brother's PJ Merch

My brother lost his life 3 weeks ago in a bad accident. He was 43.
My brother was a HUGE Pearl Jam fan, loving them from the first time he heard "Alive" in 1991 to going to their shows whenever he could. He was a 10 Club Member as well and always loved getting the Christmas Single at Christmas.
He took me along to a PJ Show at the United Center in Chicago around 2000 that was just an amazing experience all around for me and I'll always treasure that.
Right now, Me and our Mom are going through his place sorting it all out. We found some Pearl Jam Merchandise that I'm hoping I can get some more info on exactly what it is and maybe the actual value of it all. A quick search of ebay and google had the prices for both all over the place. So I'm hoping for an actual real price from the fans who know about them.
We would be open to selling the Merch as well if anyone's interested. Once I can figure out the right value for everything I'll make a Thread in Lost Dogs.
My brother wanted to be cremated and his ashes spread in the Ocean in California (we're from the area and he always loved the Ocean) so we would be using the funds from any sales to make his wish come true (Brother, Me and Mom all live in Iowa) and to help me and my mom get him out to his final resting place.
I'm also hoping we can move some items to a PJ fan that will appreciate it as much as my brother did. I think some of the items were strictly collectibles to him and have only shelf wear on them and the records haven't been actually played cause we still haven't found a record player at his place yet.

Any info/value on what we actually have would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

There are stickers in a plastic package in the VS/Vitalogy Box set that are unopened so I don't know if it also includes the VHC Starter Kit mentioned.
You could sell those box sets for $100 plus shipping pretty easily.
Thank You!

Appreciate the heads up on that. Looks like 1 will sell soon and hopefully the other shortly after. Thanks for the heads up though.
