    What do you mean? You're asking if it's true that it was cancelled? Yes, it's true. Also, Tillerson has refused to host a different Ramadan event at the Justice Department.
    Both are clearly deliberate. They are sending a message .... and really damaging message.

    He has angered the people in the entire press corps. that have an agenda against him - especially a fake one. It is clear that the media is getting frustrated because their "inherent birthright" of freedom of the press now has been questioned.  President Trump has angered some press? - so what, CNN tried to spread a lie about the POTUS.

    freedom of the press is guaranteed in the constitution of the united states. it is not up for debate.

    trump has lied every single day he is in office. i admit, fake news is not cool and should be outed and those responsible should face consequences for their actions and publishing lies. but also, the president of the united states flat out lies every single day. that is a million times worse because we expect our officials to be honest with us about the things that matter.

    Freedom of the press is guaranteed, sure. Not up for debate though?  Where does it say that because you identify as press that you are entitled to a daily briefing from the POTUS? Plenty of other presses cover President Trump. CNN was kinda non grata before this and is most certainly non grata now. That should not be up for debate.

    it is the first amendment of our constitution. it is first amendment because it was the number one thing our founding fathers wanted and it is what they viewed as the most important. that is never ever going to be repealed.

    My point is that tweets like this morning and a health care plan with 12% support, while appealing to his base, is turning off independents, Reagan or blue dog democrat and moderate republicans (educated). As such, house and senate members that continue to support Trump and his policies will go down in November 2018, particularly when the wall hasn't been started, healthcare in whatever form is a cluster and the coal and manufacturing jobs haven't returned. Some Americans are waking up. Untenable.
