What's the deal with the Pearl Jam app IOs?

I have the app and I am a TEN C member, but it doesn't recoginze my email at all. Is the app different from
TEN C and I need to sign up for the app at $19.99? Seems
Odd. But nothing working

    Not working correctly for me as well

    I emailed PJ and they said the app is down and having problems and they suggested just using the online version from website. Not great when you're using your iphone, but manageable.
