.. concerning tickets for show I can't go

I bought Ten Club tickets for Québec City and can't go anyone, since I will be in New York instead.

What are my options? Can I trade them? Can I trade them for NYC tickets ? Or do I simply loose the tickets.

    They will go unused and you will not get your money back. It's a tough policy but they are very clear and consistent ahead of time, every time.

    If you are not going to be in the city I think you can notify Tenclub and you will donate the tickets back. That way someone else can enjoy the show.

    Yeah I had the same situation for Amsterdam 2014. I just notified TenClub so someone else could use the seats

    ok, i will wait then and do it if it is the only option .

    To bad, going to NY to work.. Never always know where I work in advance.. I would have definitely bought tickets for the NYC show instead !
