Dunno if this had been posted, but saw this on Twitter recently:


Sounds neat, even if I'm admittedly not the biggest fan of that song. Anyone know what it could have been for?

    Stewart has a home studio called Sacred Grove, and invites musicians over to jam. He had Primus, Neil Peart, Taylor Hawkins, Snoop Dog, Ben Harper etc.., and then posts videos of it to his YouTube channel. I wonder if that's maybe what it was. Hopefully a video turns up.

    Very cool, I'll have to look up some of those videos! Hopefully you're right about what went down with Ed & Flea, and that video surfaces!

    You're right, his playing is amazing, and is throughout their early albums. The live version from the Police box set is pretty good too. Love the high hat work he does.

    I think Eddie, flea, and Jack Irons did this during that far too short lived band as well
