Ironically, "Drill Baby Drill" would have been more befitting now that the US leads the world in oil production under Obama's watch.

If there is another country willing to take the lead on neutralizing ISIS I would love to hear from them.

Ron Paul was iced out of the election in every possible way, and if you think he could have surmounted the electoral college then you havnt been paying attention.

If everyone that said a third party can't win actually voted for one, they'd win.

I prefer not to make excuses anymore of why I voted for the lesser of two evils, after all that is still voting for evil.

I'll look myself in the mirror knowing I did what I could to end the two party charade and that I didn't contribute to it.
All that would happen is that a party that a clear minority voted for would be running things. Americans think more major parties would be an improvement. Sorry to break it to you, but it wouldn't be. You'd just end up like us, with an asshole as leader who only 32% of voters chose.

Think Obama was exactly what we needed after Cheney.

He represents my beleifs more than any past president. Think he's cool dude and given the opportunity would love pj. Doesn't care who fucks who. Doesn't care if you smoke pot. Limits war as much as any recent past president. Pisses some off that he's half African American. Can speak intelligently(oddly lacking of last president). Economy much better. My 401ks looking better. So all in all good for me and my veiws. Less spending would be good. .

I neither like nor dislike Obama as president. He's not the best, he's not the worst. He's just another politician which means he's had to compromise any principles he may have held in order to get elected. That's just the way it works these days. I don't know how he feels about PJ, but wouldn't give two shits either way. He may not have cared about who fucks who, but it took his daughter to inform his opinion on gay marriage. He may not care if you smoke pot, but he certainly let his asshole AG do plenty of raids on dispensaries, denying medical patients their treatments. He speaks intelligently when in front of a teleprompter, but there are sure lots of Uhhhs, and ummms when he's unscripted. Otherwise, I agree with you - I like that rednecks got their hackles up when we elected a half African American. It is nice that the economy turned around (and I sure hope it will last), and he isn't as quick to commit troops as previous administrations have been, so that is good news. All in all, not half bad, and completely agree that he is what we needed after that asshat Cheney.

This part of your post... " I like that rednecks got their hackles up when we elected a half African American"...Why do you like that? I was speaking to another Obama supporter (in person) not too long ago and he said the same thing.
    -
I don't think the economy will last, we just have a temporary fix. What really has changed to prevent another disaster?
    -
and Obama has sent troops to many countries and has established military command centers in many countries, in places W. Bush could not get us into,

in 10 years, we will see the fruits of his/our actions, and I have little doubt that his/our actions now, will yield results that are only favorable towards our Imperialism (for the future).
