I could be wrong, but I think paypal only gives you 90 days to report a claim. Way too short if you ask me. Hope you get your record!

Its unfortunate the the mods shut down the thread about him. It was certainly something that needed to be kept alive apparently.

There's absolutely no excuse for this! There is no reason why the seller can't take two minutes out of his time to reply and at least let you know what's going on.

I would like to think Tenclub could help you out with this, shouldn't they have his name and contact details?
This is stealing, black and white! and I've had it done to me in the past. Like I said before, if it's just a misunderstanding :roll: , then a simple message to keep the buyer in the loop the least the seller can do.

I have the same problem with a different person. I hate to think badly of people.

I know lots have had trouble viewing PMs and post since the site was updated. Hopefully some of this is a tech related issue and not crooked seller.

Its a shame, but the problem is, good people always give other people the benefit of the doubt for far too long and we naively think they're not doing it on purpose or whatever, because we have no proof, but we do have brains and common sense, most of the time

Let's not make to many excuses for these people, they can defend themselves and proves us wrong I'm sure

Yes, he should at least email you, tell you what's going on. He should be honest and straight up.No excuses. But I do know Justin and he is a good person. I know he is has been going through alot lately....I'll try sending him a message and see what's going up. I'm sorry that you haven't gotten the record yet, and I hope everything turns out for the best. I'm sure he'll contact you soon.

Very much so. Rico I know you mean well but....Justin shouldn't be selling stuff if he can't commit to sending it. Rough times is no excuse. I hope you can get Justin to communicate with Carlo sharpish. The least he deserves.

I sent him money like 6 months ago! It's not about recent site shutdown!!! He didn't sent a lot of things to a lot of people he has received money from! This is not accetable! Not even a message! It's crisis for everyone, him and me, but I sent him money! So I deserve a better treatment!

As you say, I hope tem club can help me on this, but above all I wish this guy does something about this! It's a shame for all collectors, all PJ fans.

Sorry for all the other people that have my same situation!
