is that the place that used to be called the ice palace? i saw u2 in dec of 2001 at that place and it is MASSIVE. i've been to lots of arenas all over the country and that is definitely the biggest. didn't it set the all-time indoor attendance record for hockey at like 30,000?

ok i was way off with the 30,000, but the place is huge.

The NHL record was set at the Thunderdome (now Tropicana Field) in St. Petersburg, home of the MLB Rays.

The Forum is the former Ice Palace and holds 21,500 for concerts.
