    I haven't seen it yet, but I'll have to watch. I really like Stossel. I really hate FOXNEWS but they do have 3 great show hosts / commentators that are way overshadowed by their O'Reilly and Hannity types. Stossel, Ben Swann, and Judge Napolitano are all great. MSNBC has Dylan Ratigan-- he's pretty great too.

    i watched this a few weeks ago, it's pretty crazy.

    i think shepard smith on faux is a pretty good host. i've seen him scream at hannity during katrina when hannity said something about context and smith went off about dead bodies floating by and being all over the place. i've also seen him give it pretty good to our drug czar and called him on how the war on drugs is a failure and enormous waste of money.

    and there's this clip where he says "it's clear the banks run our country"

    I watched this a few weeks back...fantastic report. Stossel is usually pretty good. I am terribly disappointed they canceled the Judge however...I loved his what if segments...

    Yeah, I dig Stossel too (and as an aside - the guy is 65??? holy shit).

    I typically like the commentaries from Krauthammer and Dobbs as well; and Pepe, agreed on Shep.

    Guess I'm a fan of level-headedness and common sense.

    Interesting video, I also like John Stossel's reporting, always have.

    That said, after watching this, I'm more than ready to get out of this country. Probably not because of everything being "illegal", but because there's no outrage about it at all. The complacency of our country with more and more bearing down from authority figures is surely a bad sign of things yet to come.

    I'm sorry to say I have to be the odd man out here- I'm not a Stossell fan. One of his reports years ago really bugged me so I wrote a poem dedicated to Mr. Stossell and submitted it to one of those stupid "see if you can get published in an anthology" scams. The poem I submitted went like this:

    GIVE ME A BREAK

    Give

    Break

    What I liked about the poem is that it was a play on the concept of poem line-breaks.

    Well, wouldn't you know- I was a winner! I got a notice from the "publisher" who said,

    "Congratulations, you have been selected to be in our anthology for a mere x dollars blah blah blah and you poem will be published as follows:

    GIVE ME A BREAK

    thank you, Jeanwah. yes folks are very much complacent. scary really. always remind ourselves that we cannot be controlled we have our own internal code. do what you feel is right and good for you. like the whole marijuana thing...millions do not puff puff because it is illegal...

    I commend the Officer who was good with the filming, makes me think
    good common sense has not entirely left this world.

    I really like Mr Stossel ... he's always been a favorite of mine :thumbup:

    I really miss "Freedom Watch" and I think it's horrible what the EPA is doing to these land owners. I just cant imagine facing fines upwards of $30,000 a day. They need to be reeled in bcos they have way to much power.

    You serious? You're ok with Stossel when he's on ABC, but not Fox "business"? You know he was on ABC for years right? He hasn't changed, in my opinion. Do your own research.

    Is Fox typically conservative? Yes. Is Fox Bus. typically libertarian? Yes. Is MSNBC typically liberal? Yes. Is CNN typically liberal? Yes. Is NBC, CBS, or ABC news typically liberal? Yes.

    So, you're going to discount a story from Stossel because of the fact it was aired on the libertarian-oriented network, but not even watch it? Fine. Fair enough.

    Who said I liked stossel on ABC? I don't buy into news from Abc Nbc msnbc or mostly fox. Like I said ...its just the enquirer on Tv. Always got some scare tactic going..be scared of this be scared of that. Sorry Ive got a life to live. And I'm not trying to be a smart ass. Just got sick of it.
