Anyone order CD's from CDWOW?

I ordered Led Zeppelin 1-4.
CD's are fine but the back of the cover has a paragraph in Spanish and "Argentina" in the text.
I wonder how it works, the mail comes from Hong Kong via Post, seems they source in Argentina.
Their prices are half that what retailers here charge.
