Do I really care? No. Do I understand it's a mistake? Yep. But, is it slightly hypocritical that this doesn't get more scrutiny (relative to Republican female semi-flubs)? Uh huh.

    So Obama's was a flub - despite the fact that it has absolutely no relevance to anything or anyone outside of his immediate family, and Michelle Bachman's are just 'semi-flubs', despite the fact that she's flubbed on numerous subjects that relate directly to her ability to govern?

    More importantly, why am I even bothering to type anything in this pointless thread?

    Bachmann's point on John Wayne had nothing to do with her ability to govern. You're lack of fair-mindedness is telling. Stop sheeping around and get your head out of the grass for a second. This is a dumb tirade just like the dumb John Wayne tirade. They both are irrelevant.

    Basically, this is the right looking out for flubs now by Mr. Obama. They are responding to the left diligently looking for small flubs by Bachmann. Both are stupid. Politicians should be talking issues, not flubs.

    I agree it's a common thing to make small mistakes, especially if you're giving public speeches often. The point of this thread is basically to say that. But, if you're going to say that, you have to be fair-minded to small errors on both sides of the political spectrum. You can't pick and choose. Hence, the reason this thread exists.
