I reckon PJ should beat Tool.

But, as much as i adore PJ, my favourite band of all time. Listen to them all the time.

    Led Zeppelin = Music.

If Pearl Jam beats Tool, then the only thing we can rely on is Metallica beating Led Zeppelin. I was surprised too when I heard that they beat Nirvana. Finally let people know that Pearl Jam is the best band there is. Pearl Jam.
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.
  • nirvana sucks

  • wow.
PJ is gonna go up against the mighty Zep, huh?

THAT should be an interesting contest.

I personaly find PJ to be incomparably more listenable on a sustained basis than Zeppelin but i'm gonna take a bet that Zepplin pulls out the win.

    Just a hunch.

    True.
I would want to believe that the average joe would be more inclined to pick PJ over Tool ... but these days, with the "youth culture" (who are probably a large portion of the voting Radio listening public) sure seem to be "pearl jam averse" and i'm willing to bet that Tool probably alligns closer with their "atreyu, slipknot, lamb of god are cool mentality"

PJ vs Nirvana isn't at all fair. Since one only had a finite no. of albums and will never produce another to compete. Just my opinion but Nirvana shouldn't even be included.
