It came out in 2003. I got it for christmas and it's awesome! Great pics of Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Mudhoney, Sonic Youth and Black Flag, just to name a few. There's also alot of great pics of the audience at different shows. You can really feel the energy in all of them. And yes; the foreword is signed EVRoskilde 30-06-00

That's odd...it says "January 2008" as the release date on Amazon. Maybe a new publisher bought it and they're re-releasing it.0 -

Go to the section 'Touch Me I'm Sick.' Great PJ shots there and a Mother Love Bone shotI pledge to you a government that will not only work well, but wisely, its ability to act tempered by prudence, and its willingness to do good, balanced by the knowledge that government is never more dangerous than when our desire to have it help us blinds us to its great power to harm us.

I'm not a photographer, an artist or anything, but it seems to me that he focuses on the feeling and show the energy of that particular moment. Lots of other photographer does more standard fan pleasing pics, that just shows the musician in whatever environment. The kind that gets slapped up on rip out posters of teenage magazines and such.
