    Yesterday afternoon I had those nagging little signs of an impending cold coming on so having quite frequently been hammered through the years and rarely sick I have operated under the rule that enough beer kills a cold before it gets started. Well i felt like shit last night but kept on drinking and feel fine this morning.
    Is it just in my mind or does getting drunk actually fight off illness? Either way...sounds like a damn good excuse to get drunk to me
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    I have drank when I felt like I have been coming down with something. In my 20's I lived by the philosophy that booze killed all germs. Worked sometimes.

    One of my buddies was feeding me patron and ginger at a wedding last weekend. Had never tried it, but it was pretty good. Also did a few shots of patron. Then woke up on my friends couch wearing a full tux, so proceed with caution if you're going that route
