Ibanez ATK300 or Squier Vintage Modified 70's Jazz?

Hey I'm ~~~Torn~~ between these 2 Basses...BOTH are around the $500 mark! the Ibanez is Secondhand down from $1000...Just wondering which is the BETTER Bass or maybe the BEST "Value"? any HELP would be Greatly appreciated!...:)
