Mellencamp is an important American singer/songwriter. Way overlooked IMO. He deserved to be there.

Melissa's best work is behind her but she also deserved a spot.... seeing as how she's the female Bruce .

And Sting? Not a huge fan, but his performance was good. Of course, he got the benefit of the "best" song. I kinda expected everyone to come back on stage at that point.

I was wondering.... do you think Sting, JCM, Etheridge and Ed were accquainted prior to this? Also, it's amazing how comfortable Ed has become with fame (as opposed to the early 90's Ed).

I have a HD copy that's pretty much complete.
Ed's My City of Ruins performance is fully there from start to finish & the show.
Without commericals: 1 hour 31 minutes.
