Damn. Nba teams were 0-13,884 when trailing by 9 or more with 35 seconds left. Now 1-13,884
How about 8 down?  Where's that Reggie Miller game?
What's the common denominator with last night and the Reg game?
If it is possible it can be done against the Knicks!

Believe it or not this is the best I've seen them play since Ewing.

What about with Carmelo Anthony? Didn't they have a good run with him like 10 years ago or so?

Nah those teams never had a shot.

I think I agree with Tempo in that this team might be their best since Ewing. Clearly the Villanova connection is what is putting them over the top.

The one year Carmelo had help w Amare was a good year but never could do anything after that.  Melo was hung out to dry.

This team is a defense oriented and gritty.  I like what they are doing.  I'm always waiting to be let down as the Knicks are great at doing but they are staying the course.

It'll be fun come playoff time.  Get that first series off their back and roll.

Yeah but that Carmelo team wasn't going anywhere though. That was prime Lebron with the Heat years.

Oh agreed.  They had a great record that year but I knew they weren't built for the playoffs.  I expected them to not make it past the first round that year.

If he had got help and recruited better the Knicks wouldn't have wasted his talent.  He is in the top 10 of scoring all time.  What could have been.
