Fender JZM deluxe & Manhattan guitar stores

While visiting the states in October, I was hopeing to visit a number of music stores and pick up a funky accoustic and even a strat or prs if I can find the right one (cheapest) - mainly for piss farting around with at home. Does anyone have any advise about the Fender JZM.
Also, can anyone point me towards a good music store in Manhattan where I can see a good range of used gear and maybe the JMZ?
