    You can hear the concerts from 4 blocks away. The rooftops would have great sound but you won't see the band, You will however be able to watch the crowd which may make it pretty cool. Free Beer helps

    Well technically yes u can video tape it but u will have a video of the side or back of a stage. You can hear the band from the rooftops u just can't see them.

    I'm not from there and have never been to the stadium... what are the rooftops? Like REAL rooftops? I'm confused. Please advise.

    there are apartments behind the outfield wall..

    way back when, the residents would go to the roof and catch the game....then it because a business. they now have bleachers and charge 100-150 per person for an all you can eat/drink ticket. 17% of that revenue goes to the cubs.

    If I'm not mistaken I read the sound/view from these seats isn't that great.

    It would seem that the rooftop seats would be like sitting behind the stage in an arena PJ show. May not be perfect, but better than nothing.
