My respect for Phoenix just went up a few notches. That would have been awesome to see, wish i was there. Phoenix is playing in philly on Sat. highly doubt Daft Punk will join them though :(

    Been wanting to see Phoenix live, of course the time they come to New York-and MSG at that!- I'm away at college! Some of my friends who go to Cornell recently saw them there and had a fantastic time! Way cool Daft Punk joined them, that must've been a hell of a show! Hopefully they drop by the MD/DC area so I can see them!

    I saw them at a holiday festival show back in December...they are AWESOME live! Very cool that Daft Punk are supporting thier fellow countrymen like that. Must have been an amazing surprise for sure to see them come out like they did. BTW...the live remix they did onstage of 1901 with the band was pretty killer.
