Manchester 1 Seated Ticket For Sale

Hi i have i spare seated ticket for manchester 1 . It is section 202 top tier back row just to the left of the stage not the best but not the worst . Only looking for £50 as me and freind just want £25 each to cover the cost of hotel room of freind that has just pulled out as it is non refundable. The tickets are box office collection so could meet up at gig pre party and give ticket and sort out money thanks.
