    Hey guys,

    I am really close to nailing down a venue, I am between 3-4 places right now, just want to make sure I chose the right one.

    We really need donations, so far not many people have come forward with much, so let me know of anything you can spare. PM me or any of the other organizers listed in the original post

    Ok I have the venue, the pre-party will be held at the pint public house on Abbott. Its right on the corner of abbott and pender, kitty corner from the International Village. Less then a 10 minute walk to Rogers Arena.

    It has a huge downstairs with a dedicated bar, and has pool tables, foosball tables etc.

    We need donations guys, I know we are still 6 ish weeks away, but I would like to get a handle on it. So far we only donations from a few of the organizers and one board member locked down. Even if you're planning on bringing SOMETHING, but don't know what, let me know so I can start figuring out how much we need.

    Yes, go to the Pint as well. Same venue, thats what I am telling everyone. It's a good place. If you get there before 6 PM every day, you can get a Pint and 1 lb of Wings for $6
