    :fp:

this place has a constantly changing group of people visiting. not to mention similar threads popping up all the time. love boat captain is a 10 year old song that has been well discussed. sometimes people have things to say. sometimes they don't. if you're bothered by that then perhaps you should take a step back and look at the big picture.

It wasn't like high school until you said this.

and this points out the lengths a person has to go to, to get any response to their threads, it is a shame the pot has to be stirred just to get any responses, I am here to talk about the music, but apparently that doesn't offer enough excitement for most people?

and still no one seems to care about the music, they just want to trash other Pearl Jam fans, really pretty sad, that is the one thing that has been the most disappointing thing since joining this forum, is how people want to make fun of other fans and rip on them and the message Pearl Jam's music attempts to convey is is against that, I guess it is my fault for thinking people actually cared about the music, but go on ripping me if it makes you feel better about yourself, believe me I have gotten plenty use to it by now, real classy

If you cared only about the music you would have posted in the other thread about how awesome Love Boat Captain is and made mention how you recently started a thread about it. Instead, you bumped your old thread and whined about how no one posted in it.

no I get that, and many people are here for the music and do want to keep a positive vibe going, but some people in here make it a real challenge to stay positive, and I do appreciate the people here who do have positive things to say, but a lot of people in here just take shots just to try to be cool, and that is some weak BS, and that is more what I was referring to, and everyone realizes this goes on whether they feel comfortable discussing it or not, but unless we evolve past this, not only on this board but in society, how will we ever truly realize our full potential as a species on this planet, and if I take a beating for bringing this up it is fine, but if it stops one person one time from ripping on someone else, then I will gladly take the thrashing

this person never has anything nice to say, so there really is no point, always negative, I wish this person would do me a favor and put me on their ignore list as well, never has had one nice thing to say ever to me, I mean seriously why bother with all the insults? at this point it is all about your ego, because I stopped reading your posts a long time ago

    ?????

Pretty sure you brought it back up and was essentially trashing everyone else that commented on the other post and not pleasing your needs.

And trust me I'm not saying this to be cool.

    Was it a B-Side?

no and of course that is ridiculous, and I have been listening since 1991 when I got one of the first copies of Ten on a cassette tape, I just thought more people would want to talk about the music, that is all as I said, my bad for assuming that
