I'll be on there on time. Can you just select 2 tickets and not the exact seats? I'd rather just know I can get any two seats than worry about fighting for seats someone else is trying to get as well. I don't care where the seats are I just want to go.

Just pick best available and plug in 2 tix if you get through. I fucked around too much trying to be picky in the presale and wound up getting shutout.

Can you explain this a bit more? How is AMEX helping? Sorry if I'm missing something, but I have an AMEX card and would love to know if they offer some advantage.
