Hi, my name is Anthony Piscitella. I have been a PROUD member of the 10C for over 10 years now! I have been dealing with chronic back pain for more than 10 years, and the last 9 months of my life have been living hell.     I can completely understand your pain and struggles with dealing with this. I had undergone brain surgery for a rare brain condition I have myself (Chiari Malformation). And to fight with insurance companies to cover that. Well, that was no picnic in the park.

    I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

    been down that road before. more than once. Got hurt in 2000, had to wait until 2003 to get my neck surgically repaired (3 levels fused together) after surgery, neck got a little better, realized then I had dislocated my shoulder at time of injury. Request for surgery went in in the summer of 2003, had surgery in 2006. needed a 2nd spinal fusion in 2010 because the first one never took. got lucky with that one and go it approved quickly, but in April 2011, my surgeon put in for MRI's on my neck and shoulder to find out why they;re still painful. Still waiting for an answer on those MRI's. They haven't even denied them yet, cause they know denying them allows me to go before a judge who wills urely approve them. NYS Workers Comp is a nightmare. best of luck
