DELUXE DVD and BLURAY Delivery Delay

Dear Valued Customer-

Thanks so much for pre-ordering the PJ20 Deluxe package.

This email is to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control, there is a delay in delivery of the product to our warehouse. We expected to have the sets here in Seattle by Tuesday, the 18th putting the U.S. pre-orders in your hands on or before street date. However, we've since been informed by the manufacturer that they are experiencing delays in meeting their production deadline. To make up for some of this lost time, they will be shipping the product to us in small batches as they come fresh off the assembly line so we can start getting them in your hands as soon as possible.

We expect the first shipment to arrive at the Ten Club warehouse on the 26th. Our plan is to begin shipping in the order in which the orders were placed. When your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information for your package.

We're truly sorry this is so late. It is a very cool and unique package and we think it will be worth the wait.

In the meantime, don't forget "Pearl Jam Twenty" premieres Friday, October 21 on PBS's American Masters series, and is also available on Movies On Demand until 10/24.
