Vegas PJ20 screening

Hey folks-
I've been patiently hoping to see a Las Vegas screening for PJ20 at the official site, but so far, no luck. I sent an e-mail to 10C asking if a Vegas screening was likely or in the works at all. Their response in a nutshell was to "keep checking the site" and "lobby your local theater" - so that is what I'm doing. Below is the e-mail I sent to a theater chain (Regal Entertainment Group), which has a theater here in Vegas that often shows limited release and independent films. If you happen to be another PJ fan in Vegas, PLEASE submit an e-mail request as well - here's the link:

If you are not in Vegas, but still hoping for a screening for you hometown, feel free to copy/paste from my submission and edit for your particular location.
Good day - my name is Ron Hudy and I live in Las Vegas, NV. I frequently visit the Regal Village Square theater, particularly when viewing limited release and independent films. This particular theater is one of the few theaters in Las Vegas to support these types of films. I am writing today to ask if you would consider, if you are not already, of having a screening of "Pearl Jam Twenty" on 9/20/11, when it is premiering at hundreds of theaters across the US and abroad. According to the offical website "PJ20.com", there are currently no screenings scheduled for Las Vegas, which is surprising, seeing that this is Pearl Jam's 20th Anniversary, and their 10th anniversary show was played here at the MGM Grand Garden arena. I contacted the band's management, and they said it is at the discretion of the theaters themselves to consider the film for screening, and suggested I contact theater management directly. Please consider this film for screening - there is a strong fan base for this film here and I am sure that there would be significant attendance. Contact information for the band's pres dept. is (800) 724-8038, E-mail: contact@vandenbergcom.com. Thank You Very Much and have a Great Day!
If we end up having a screening here in Vegas, I'd love to have a meet-up/pre-party somewhere...hope it happens. THANKS!

WOW - didn't know they screened it here! I would have been person #21.
I checked Cox's On Demand schedule, but the website only goes up to Sep. 20 at the moment, so hopefully we'll see something in the next week or so. If not, I guess it'll be PBS.

I too emailed the 10 club and got the same, "keep checking" reply. I was going to contact the theaters at Village Square as they usually show films like this. I will email too through that link you provided. I'd so much prefer to see it in the theater.1/95 DC 7/95 Chicago Tor Tol Cha 96 AlpV I II Chi St L KC 98 BSB I II 99 Phx Vegas Fresno SBern 00 BSB I II 01 (met ed) Vegas Phx Fargo St. Paul Chicago Alpine V Indy Col Virg Phi I II MSG I II (got on DVD!) 03 Calg 05 Clev Vegas LA I II SBar 06 Lon Dus Cop Nij Bel 07 Phi I II DC MSG I II Har BOS I II 08, LA3/4, SD '09, MSG I II '10, Missoula, London ONT, Wrigley, SD, LA1/2, Portland. Bump for the weekend - although with 2 days to go, it doesn't look promising...

Nope don't think we are getting screening
at least a Vegas show made it on the soundtrack.... Though that alone should have meant we would get a show..... And he who forgets...will be destined to remember...0
