    honestly, of all the guys in the band, I hope Mike writes an autobiography someday. I know he's still young, but the life he has lived and the perspective that he has on life is really inspiring.

    I met a pregnant couple from sf last year at bridgeschool and the woman told my bro and I a story of meeting Mike in i believe ireland and how he was the really cool. They bumped into him taking pictures in town and she noticed him but was scared to approach him so she went with the excuse me do you speak english? he replied yes, she then followed with where are you from? he said seattle, thats when she went nuts and said are you mike mrcCready from pearl jam? and he was totally surprised. I thought that was a funny and original way to meeting someone you look up to. hope to see them at pj20,with there new baby. see you all in 2 days

    How fucking cool is Mike? When everyone is old and gray and retired, he and Dave Grohl should hang out and make blues records as the 2 most down to Earth "rock stars" in history.

    Mike is the epitome of down to earth - Holiday Inn just proves it! "Let me wail on that Strat...I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night!"

    I heard during The Gorge shows that made the box/release that he and his family were swimming nearby and some fans walked by. Mike invited them to join him and his family for a swim.

    I hung out with him on the beach at turtle bay after their hawaii shows. I met some of his freinds and told them why my wife and I were staying at the hotel. They said mike was with them and that we were more than welcome to join them on the beach. Unreal how real he was. i was a bit giddy...

    Mike is so awesome, all of the stories about mike are so awesome, he's just the ultimate awesome person IMO, if it were up to him we would all probably be listening to a new lost dogs record of some sort thats about 5 discs long and we would have demos of all the songs on the new upcoming record
