Might be old news but got an email this morning from MoV that they had released Vs. on LP. Think I'll go for this version as MoV are very good.

Is it not just the same Vs re-issue minus the 3 extra tracks? I think it is.

This is what I've heard. Hence why I would opt for the MoV pressing...

But does the ten club re issue have the 3 bonus tracks? I thought they were only on the cd. I might be wrong as I don't have it.

    VS - MOVLP282
    PEARL JAM
'Vs.' is Pearl Jam's second studio album, originally released in 1993.
After a relentless touring schedule in support of their debut album 'Ten', Pearl Jam faced the challenge of following up the commercial success of its debut.
Even though the band decided to scale back its commercial efforts for' Vs.', including declining to produce music videos for any of the album's singles, 'Vs.' set the record for most copies of an album sold in its first week, a record it held for five years.

'Vs.' features a rawer and more aggressive sound compared with the band's previous release.
On the album one can find classics like the upbeat 'Rearviewmirror' and 'Dissident' as well as soaring ballads like 'Daughter', 'Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In a Small Town' and 'Indifference'.
It was the band's first collaboration with long time producer Brendan O'Brien.
Music on Vinyl now rereleases this classic album on 180 grams audiophile vinyl, completely remastered and with an insert.

    • 2011 remastered edition

What's the difference (if any) between the MoV version and the one on 10C/record stores?

I was kinda shocked that the bonus tracks that are on the CD was not pressed/released on vinyl.

I won't be surprised though that there will be a bootleg vinyl release soon that will include the bonus tracks.

Anyone found a retailor yet? I've checked WhatRecords but nothing there yet....

Also wondering if the cover will be the LP version or CD/Korean LP version.

One thing I have noticed is that original copies of Vs. are now a lot cheaper on ebay... and original copies of ten are going for more than a tenner :o !!!

Does anyone know what picture MoV used for their VS release? On their homepage they have the CD artwork on the LP!
