From Emek,

Coming Next... Eddie Vedder
My second poster of the year was a collaboration of sorts
between me and Eddie Vedder.
Its not my usual style, I came up with the idea and Eddie dictated the style. Sometimes in this business you get to work with the client in different ways.
It will also be the cover art of his upcoming DVD.
His new music sounds really good.

silkscreen limited edition poster coming soon.

I love this poster - it's even got the Tyne bridge in the background!

I'm pretty sure that would be the sydney harbor bridge, as it is in Sydney. But they do look similar.

I thought the new Ed DVD will be footage from a/his USA '08/'09 show(s). http://trixiefilm.com/. If it's for his just now Australian tour (looking @ the cover artwork) we won't be seeing this DVD in many MANY months down the road. I'm only guessing but it looks like there will be 2 Ed DVD releases! :o:mrgreen:

I haven't seen or heard any mention of anyone spotting cameras at any of the Ed shows, and I didn't see anything at the brisbane show I was at. But I guess that doesn't mean that they weren't there.

There wasn't a tripod video camera setup just behind the soundboard on the main floor @ the back? All the Ed show's I've seen back in Canada & USA there was a camera there.

    You all must be joking?

    That is hideous...

    Especially the fonts used.

I know, I was just having a little joke. They're basically exactly the same design - just the Sydney Harbour Bridge is on a larger scale. Ours was first though! ;)

I like the poster, but its just a little too empty. If it was more close up on the guy on the guitar, and closer up on the bridge it would be a lot nicer.
