***Faithfull Ale is released... We did it!
Good luck to all those looking for this beer. More good news: Dogfish has announced they are making another batch!
Locate it here:

I just watched a show called Brew Masters where Dogfish Head did a special beer with Sony called Bitches Brew for the 40th anniversary rerelease of the Miles Davis album.
It would be totally sweet if we could get Dogfish to do the same for the PJ20 festivities, and have it on draft at the shows.
Just read they are doing a Robert Johnson Hellhound on my Ale tribute beer.
10% IPA brewed with lemons.
*****UPDATE FROM THE DOGFISH SITE
"To me, 'Ten' is the perfect example of a record-lover's-record. The whole thing rocks," says Dogfish Head President & Founder Sam Calagione. "As an off-centered brewery, we believe in celebrating the breadth of our whole portfolio and we feel an affinity for Pearl Jam a long-player band in a singles-obsessed world."
Dogfish Head also finds inspiration in Pearl Jam's ethics, community-building and commitment to putting music before commerce. In recognition of this refreshing approach, Dogfish is donating $20,000 to The Nature Conservancy to aide in its efforts to preserve the plants, animals and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth.
Dogfish Head is also re-releasing its previous collaborations with Sony Legacy: the Miles Davis-inspired Bitches Brew and the Robert Johnson shoutout Hellhound on My Ale. All three collaborations will be available this month in 750-ml bottles and on draft.
We plan to send Faithfull Ale to all states in which we currently do business, pending each state's approval.
About PJ20
2011 is a yearlong celebration of Pearl Jam's 20-year history. The band started off the year with the release of a new live compilation album, Live on Ten Legs, followed by the expanded reissues of Vs. and Vitalogy in March. In September, Pearl Jam and friends celebrated with the Alpine Valley Labor Day anniversary weekend concert, a 10-date Canadian tour, followed by the theatrical release of the Cameron Crowe film Pearl Jam Twenty, with an accompanying book and soundtrack album and subsequent PBS broadcast on Oct. 21, ending the year with the DVD of the film available in October. Ummm.... HELL YEAH THAT WOULD BE SWEET! Seeing how my beer(s) of choice are Dogfish Head, Sweetwater, and Terrapin. It may be too much of a Southern thing for PJ though... They obviously don't seem to like us very much.... **cough**cough** 2003????
Dogfish Head is in Delaware. I wouldn't necessarily call that the South. Although, Nascar is pretty big there...

Are you confusing Dogfish Head with the old micro-brewery Dogwood that use to be in Atlanta? I use to love going to the Dogwood brewery after class at GT. Had such a great laid back atmosphere. Crawford Moran was the head brewmaster there. He now brews at the 5 Seasons over next to Tech.
Oh and Terrapin >>>>>>> Sweetwater!
Spectacular brewery.

1) Founders
2) Three Floyds
3) Dogfish
Out of those 3 breweries anyhow.
20 minute would be 2% ABV. That's not how DFH rolls.
You would be wrong.

I kinda agree... but maybe a local brew for where the venue actually is? Upper westcoast does have the superior kraft beers though, by far. Portland beers in particular.
Hell, do both. I could just see a Dogfish Head tent at the festival with the special PJ ale on tap.
Thinking about taking a job in douglasville....is the area ok? I did some research and atl is like 20 mikes away, would I be able to score a decent apt in atl for 1000 a mo? Or better off living outside of the city? I'm 27 yrs old thanks in advance!
Not in Atlanta. Expensive but not NY expensive. Better off outside of the city for sure, but a decent apt outside the city will be around 1k/month. Maybe a little less.
To be honest, make a thread and you'll get a better answer. Douglasville and surrounding areas are on the other side of the city from what I know. Good luck bro
You just put two of my favorite names together in one post!!! Dogfish Head and Pearl Jam....Oh yea!!
You could find something in East Atlanta or Grant Park. Would be close to I-20 and opposite flow commute would be easy. Lots lofts/apts in those areas or even west Midtown.
Also Mableton might be good for Douglasville.
That's the plan! Would love to see it... Just a dream.
Cool, thanks for the response! Thanks as well atljammer
Should we move to Other Music?
