Official Buffalo Pre Party

Hello all! I am looking for volunteers to help at the pre party, as well as donations for the raffle and auction. Please PM me or reply if you are interested. I am working on the venue now and will post that information as well as hotel info as soon as I confirm.

    The venue is in the works for the pre party and fundraiser. We will be raising money for The Stacey Scott Lung Cancer Registry - Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.

    I need helpers and donations for the event. Please reply to this thread if you can help out or donate.

    Thank you to all who have replied to help. I really appreciate it. For you Buffalo people...any venue ideas? One venue (starts with Pearl, don't really want to put their name on here) was a perfect size and location but would not donate to the benefit.

    Any suggestions? I am working on a couple of places with the beneficiary. Roswell has a lot of connections, apparently!

    i will dig in my doubles for donations for raffle. i to am driving in from cleveland on monday shoud be in town by 2 or 3 would be happy to help and should be able to recruit ppl as well. maybe benchwarmers bar and grill its right by the venue. feel free to email me anytime <!-- e --><a href="mailto:demarcoflooring@gmail.com">demarcoflooring@gmail.com</a><!-- e --> btw i have never been to bench warmers but the reviews dont look real promising maybe somewhere else.

    I have a poster and Spin magazine that was re-donated by Elwayvedder. I also have two posters from PJ_ROCKS who also was generous to donate to my cause but I do not need the money so I asked him and he wants to donate them to a Wishlist Fundraiser.

    Yes! Paul is working on Cobblestone. We are hoping for that. Thank you all for your offers of help and donations. I have the snake charmer poster to put in too.

    I am going to work with the beneficiary and see if we can get someone to donate some Sabres tickets. Its a long shot but I can always ask. Also maybe some gift certs for local joints like Anchor Bar...I will work on it! If anyone has any connections in that area, please let me know!

    Oh, another thing..if anyone is really great with facebook and stuff, I would LOVE it if you could start an event on Facebook so we can (soon!) list the venue, beneficiary, auction and raffle items and see who is coming.

    We will be having the pre party at Pearl Street Grill. Need volunteers (if you have already pm'd me, I will be in touch) and donations.
