:) Just showed Ed enjoying Phish opening up the show playing a
Genesis song.
Show is live on Fuse network from 8:30 to 12:30 E.S.T.
Mike & Jeff are there too.Stone & Matt are probably around somewhere.

I am a big Genesis fan. They are my parents favorite band, and while I was growing up Genesis to them was what Pearl Jam is to me. I grew up and listened to Genesis as an adult, and I realized that the words and melodies had been ingrained in me and had become a part of my DNA somehow. When I hear Foxtrot, Selling England and the Lamb it takes me back to my childhood...I feel innocence and youth and can see my parents sitting around the dinning room table playing cards with friends, with pot smoke in the air, and the sounds of Genesis on the turntable....I remember a time before my parents divorce...before the realization of the hardships in the world...and when I felt completely safe...It was when my love for music started. I realize that this is the Porch Forum, but it is relevant to me because Pearl Jam is the only other band that's music takes me to a specific time and place in my life and allows me to actually feel my past.

Saw Ed, didn't see Mike or Jeff. Hard to tell everyone that was up there though. Ed looked like he was one of the first to get up on stage.
