Hey,
I know we have a lot of musicians and the like on the board here, so I thought it might be fun to have a thread where we posted some of our Pearl Jam covers...These are a few that I did for a cover contest over on RM a while back...

haha this thread is coincidental...i had just finished recording Dead Man Walking on my 8-track...it's not quite where i'd like it to be...but i'll master is and put it on CD and upload it to my computer/internet tomorrow...
i cover a lot of PJ songs (dead man walking was my first recorded) i need to start covering more...i'll post them as they come...probably up on youtube...
don't worry mods, these recordings are just for fun...not for sale or distribution of any kind...i'll be sure to get the appropriate paper work and all that if and when i decide to record them and sell/distribute for real0 -

Ed...I thought your covers were great and I really appreciate you sharing your acoustic interpretations. Anyway I can get the mp3 files? I wouldn't mind hearing your covers play randomly on my ipod when I am somewhere someday. Keep on jammin'0 -

I've said it a bunch of times on numerous posts but as far as covers go, this guy is simply the best out there. I just hope if I post it enough, he'll get a solid fan base. Not sure if he's on this msg board or not...
