cubBEE_girl wrote:Yes, definitely stoked about Bdubs. Do you find it a little funny that there is a need to have police direct traffic in and out of Portillo's (on Golf) at lunchtime?!?
People gotta have their Portillo's fix! Once that Bdubs opens, we seriously need to get as many of us NW suburban peeps out there for some drinks one night!

Keep trying to get you RFs to come out for a PJ Bears game viewing, but the only one that shows up is the smoking baby....sheesh....!
If you grew up in Edison Park (which is a great area by the way...lived there for a couple years after college and prob moving back soon), then how the hell are you a RF Packers fan?!?!?!?
It is a great area, but I had to get out...kept on running into people I grew up with and that gets old, you know?My family has practically disowned me, my mom's probably the biggest Bears fan I know. Honestly though, I've been to plenty of games at Soldier Field and was raised to hate the Packers. My hubby (who was always a Packer fan) took me to Lambeau in 2004 and I instantly fell in love. The whole experience is like nothing else in the world. Haven't looked back since!

Yeah yeah yeah, I hear that all the time...but I think I get away with it because I didn't know diddly-poo about football when I was a Bears fan but now I bleed green and gold.
